About Me
I have always had the passion for learning. Not only does it bring knowledge, awareness, and understanding to my life, it also brings adventure. Broadening my horizons of thinking, learning creates a smaller, more united world. Whether it’s through language, science, math, or history, the world is connected, making the relationship between cultures more relevant to everyday life. Learning puts the world at my fingertips with no limitations, and the opportunities are endless. I am actively involved in my college education, striving to become a teacher. I want to leave footprints not in the sand, but in the hearts of others so that my students will discover and cherish the deep desire to learn as I have.
When a student attends a university, there is pressure to find “the perfect major” or “one’s true passion.” Neither “the perfect major” nor “one’s true passion” can be found; rather, it must be realized. I occasionally went through stages when I wanted to be an architect or a physical therapist, but no matter what, I've always wanted to teach. Learning and sharing what I learn is my passion, and through this, I want to have the opportunity to positively impact the lives of others. Influencing one student’s life to help that student realize his or her true potential is priceless.
